Using the FRITZ!Box with an internet connection with a static IP address

The FRITZ!Box can be used with a DSL line with a fixed ("static") public IP address, for example with a corporate line from Deutsche Telekom or Vodafone. Once the FRITZ!Box is connected to the DSL line as a router, the internet service provider automatically assigns the static IP address to the FRITZ!Box when the internet connection is established.
